Talk:OrangeHRM 2.2.1

I like it! The changes address alternative scenarios well. However, there is one scenario that does not seem to be covered and that is the contractor who works exclusively off site. Recruitment agencies could use the package to manage their contractors. In a number of countries people who contract through agencies are considered to be recruitment agency employees so they need to track their personal details as well as timekeeping. While the core leave and attendance module as it is currently setup on the Beta release would work fine, it needs two other features to be useable in this scenario:
1. Needs an intermediate approval step from the contractor to the client manager then routed back to the company. This may change so the email address needs to be able to be setup against the job.
2. The project (client) information is confidential so must only be viewable by the contractor concerned. It would be a disaster for a contractor to be able to see all current client jobs when selecting their project!
