"SATO Europe is a member of the SATO Group, which has its headquarters in Tokyo, Japan. Our company provides auto-ID solutions - barcodes, RFID and image recognition technologies used to identify things and track their information. Our business is labelling - label printers, consumables and related software solutions and services. Our major concern was, of course, the data transition from our previous HRM to OrangeHRM, but, under the supervision OrangeHRM, it went smoothly and effortlessly, with no significant disruptions to mention.

One of the basic requirements was to integrate the new HRIS with our current payroll provider’s platform which was executed smoothly and seamlessly as well.

Among the many remarkable features of OrangeHRM, I would like to mention the Leave module providing a full, detailed and transparent overview of our employee’s leave. This module has a special iCalendar function, feeding the leave data of one’s colleagues directly to your Outlook calendar. The Reporting module turned out a great asset too, it allows to build and generate various types of reports, and modify them effortlessly. Another benefit of OrangeHRM is that it is also available as a mobile app allowing employees access their data on the go.
