Improvements have also been effected to the Notification Process in the Recruitment Module that keeps Stage Coordinators at each stage of the recruitment process updated on a candidates progress.
The introduction of Competency Profiles to the Performance Management Module, enables the identification of suitable talent for critical positions in Succession Planning & Performance Management. This update also allows users to file Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Reports in three very easy steps. A wizard takes you step by step through the required information needed for the EEO filing.
Security and Performance being key requisites for any system, a lot of focus and attention went in to these two areas in the development of Version 6.5.14. All customer reported issues as well as identified general product issues from the previous version have been resolved in this latest release.
