Wage to salary conversion is a method used to determine the equivalent salary of an hourly worker. This calculation estimates the amount a worker who earns an hourly wage would make if they were paid the same amount annually. Essentially, it is a way to convert hourly wages to an annual salary for the purpose of comparison. The process is referred to as wage to salary conversion.

Wage to salary can be calculated using the below formula.

• Multiply the number of hours they work per week by their hourly wage to show a week’s earnings.
• Multiply that number by the number of weeks in a year.
